Rick Serrano is an associate and studio team leader at CCBG Architects, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use developments. Since joining the firm in 2000, Rick has led projects from concept through completion, managing production drawings, specifications, and full-team coordination.
Registered in Arizona since 1998 and NCARB certified, Rick has built strong relationships with multifamily clients, particularly in urban infill and high-rise construction. His portfolio includes The Rey, a 22-story residential tower in downtown San Diego, which earned the 2017 Multifamily Community of the Year and Best High-Rise Apartment Community from the National Association of Homebuilders.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University. Originally from Miami, Florida, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, perfecting his front lawn, and passionately cheering – sometimes yelling – for LSU football.
