Paul Ladensack joined CCBG Architects in 1995 and became a partner in 2005, bringing more than three decades of experience and a deep commitment to design excellence. As a Principal and Design Partner, Paul is known for his ability to translate client aspirations into meaningful, enduring spaces.

Paul’s portfolio spans cultural, religious, commercial, and residential work, consistently demonstrating his belief that thoughtful design begins with listening. His projects are rooted in client vision and shaped by a desire to create environments that inspire and connect. Scottsdale on Main was honored with the 2025 AZRE RED Award in the Multifamily (less than 250 units) category, one of many accolades Paul has earned throughout his career.

A member of the American Institute of Architects, Paul has received numerous regional and local design awards and has been widely published for his work. He was also honored with the AIA Arizona Young Architects Medal for his contributions to the profession. A Phoenix native, Paul has taught at Arizona State University and served as a guest critic at several architecture schools.

Outside the studio, Paul enjoys painting, playing golf, and perfecting his BBQ skills. He’s the youngest of nine siblings, a proud husband, and father of two, grounded by family, faith, and fueled by creativity.
