The new 80,000 s.f. Fairway Recreation Center was built on the site of an old Sun City community center. Featuring a tournament approved lawn bowling green, a open-to-sky lap pool and exercise walking pool within the central courtyard, state of the art fitness and massage rooms and recreational club rooms, this structure serves as a hub of activity for the first phase of Sun City residences.
