CCBG worked with Christ Lutheran to develop a masterplan for this site which would significantly enlarge and update their facilities while enabling the school to remain fully operational throughout the school year. The first phase is a new two story classroom that was constructed in an open area of the site during the school year; it added 16 classrooms, associated support areas and much greater flexibility. At the end of the year teachers moved their classrooms into the new building and demolition of existing building took place; these areas became new open area. Future phases will be accommodated in the same fashion - always providing for needs and expansion before removing any buildings/spaces from service. The new addition opened for the 2009 school year.
