Many layers of construction have been peeled back to reveal the original bones of the 1922 brick warehouse. While much original material has been lost to the years, the renovation effort respects the location of original openings and features the historic rolling doors at the north and south facade. As part of a larger effort to improve the pedestrian environment in the Warehouse District, this project extends sidewalks, street parking and tree canopy.
