The Warehouse @ 411S. 1st St is a great example of historic brick, board formed concrete and steel windows. Working with Phoenix Economic Development Office, Planning & Development, Streets & Transportation, Union Pacific Railroad & APS, the building owner & project design team created a path forward for this 28,000 s.f. warehouse constructed in 1922 for the AZ Sash&Door Company. The structure has been converted to creative class office space and has a new lease on life.
