Associate

Martin Ball is an associate and studio team leader at CCBG Architects, known for his thoughtful approach to design and preservation. Since earning his Master of Architecture from Arizona State University in 1993, Martin has contributed to a wide range of projects across the Western U.S., including hillside residences, church campus master plans, and large-scale multi-family housing developments.

A registered architect in Arizona with an NCARB certificate, Martin brings deep expertise in adaptive reuse and historic preservation. His work has been featured at the Arizona Historic Preservation Conference, and he has served as vice chair of the City of Tempe Historic Preservation Commission and as a hearing officer for the City of Phoenix.

Martin is passionate about preserving the architectural heritage of the region, balancing pragmatic solutions with creative vision. Originally from Ohio and raised in Arizona, he enjoys traveling, especially to international destinations off the beaten path.
