Rick Linan

Project Manager

Rick Linan joined CCBG Architects in May 2015, bringing a unique blend of hands-on experience and academic rigor to his role as Project Manager. Originally from Pueblo, Colorado, Rick holds a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from Pueblo Community College.

Before stepping into the world of architecture, Rick worked in both manufacturing and construction; an early foundation that informs his practical, solutions-oriented approach to design. At CCBG, he collaborates closely with project architects to develop comprehensive construction documents, ensuring every detail supports the firm’s commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.

Rick is deeply passionate about sustainability and is guided by a strong personal code of integrity, respect, and professionalism. He is currently pursuing architectural licensure.

Outside the studio, Rick enjoys fishing, walking his dog, and – fun fact – has conquered World 8 in the original Super Mario Bros., a feat that speaks to his persistence and precision.

Best business advice he’s received: “Every day add value to people … put others first.”
Best business advice he’s shared: “Always keep learning. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Have a great attitude, and do the best you can.”
