Tim Schneider is an accomplished architect at CCBG Architects with a decade of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing developments. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.

Tim specializes in managing BIM models and construction documentation for large-scale residential projects. His work reflects a commitment to innovative solutions that promote environmental and social impact within the built environment.

Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, Tim spends his free time hiking, camping, and kayaking throughout Arizona’s diverse landscapes. Fun fact: before architecture, Tim majored in French horn performance and once performed the horn solo in Tchaikovsky’s 5th Symphony.

Best business advice he’s received: “Fall in love with solving a problem, not necessarily your solution to that problem. The solution, or path to it, may always be different – even if it’s a similar problem.”
Best business advice he’s shared: “Learn from the past and adapt your solutions to the problem at hand.”
